i mean, my order from calcarcover.com showed up looking really solid. The box wasn’t dented or ripped, and everything inside was wrapped up nicely. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

I ordered a car cover for my exact make and model, so I figured, okay, this should be straightforward. But when it showed up, it just didn’t fit right. Some areas were way too loose, and the mirror pockets weren’t lining up at all. At that point I’m thinking, did they even match this to the info I entered?
Customer service did get back to me, to be fair, but it took a few back-and-forth messages and I felt like I was repeating myself. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it was definitely annoying since I gave the correct details from the beginning and expected it to be an easy order.

I really liked that California Car Cover had a decent amount of custom options for the seat covers. You can pick colors, materials, and some smaller details, which was nice because I didn’t feel stuck with just one basic style. The only thing is the setup pages were kind of confusing, and I really had to go back a few times to make sure I did everything right. The final result was okay, just not the easiest process overall
